Your statutory rights come first

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If there is a major failure you may be entitled to a refund or replacement; for minor issues we will work to fix the problem.

Subscriptions

Gambling / odds feeds — geo-restriction (specific exclusion)

Some gambling and odds feeds are geo-restricted by the bookmaker and may not work from your location. You are responsible for checking availability for your region before subscribing — the catalogue and checkout flag this clearly. We do not provide refunds for a gambling feed that is geo-restricted where you are, because availability is determined by the upstream provider, not by us. This is a specific exclusion and does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights for a genuine service failure.
